Wedding Day Organisational Notes
During the Wedding Day, please keep the following notes in mind to help you have the best possible experience:
Getting ready: It’s important that the spaces where the Bride and Groom are getting ready are clean, tidy and have good natural light. Please avoid plastic bags, empty bottles and other unnecessary items scattered around the room, especially anything you wouldn’t want to see in your photographs.
Group photos: For group photos, it’s important that your guests are present at the scheduled time so we can get through them quickly and efficiently. A good idea is to let your guests know in advance when and where they should meet. This way, we can keep things moving and you can enjoy your time even more.
Photography team’s meal: The Photography Team should have their meal at the same time as the Bride, Groom and guests. This allows us to be ready to capture any important moments that may happen during dinner, such as speeches, gifts or other surprises.
Enjoy your day: Most importantly, have fun and enjoy every moment! Try not to stick too strictly to the timeline. Weddings often come with small delays and unexpected moments, and these are the little things that make your day unique and special. :)
